Thank you! I am waiting on my insurance card to come in the mail...it is supposed to be here by July 1st, and then I will get to go to my dr. and have her refer me to the surgeon...which then is when I have to do all of the weight loss program (they said it was 3 months) and go from there! I am just getting so impatient!!!

Hey Gang! Sorry I never remember to come here, not that I don't love ya! I am thinking lunch at Mimi's Cafe at the Greene at noonish, if it needs to be a bit earlier that would work too, just let me know, I would like to get a total count by midnext week so they can get a heads up. I am sooo looking forward to seeing everyone again!

- Submissions are being accepted now thru September 30, 2010 approximately 10-15 winners will be chosen for a chance to have their story printed in the anthology titled SculpturedMetamorphis: Transformations of a lifetime.
- All submissions will be accepted electronically at: PoetikEmpress@gmail
- a contest entry fee of $25.00 is being accepted at: http://www.poetikempress.com/ via paypal.
- Submissions need not be longer than two pages.
- Each submission must be accompanied by an email address, contact information and any photos of your transformation you wish to include.
- All winning participants will be notified by November 1, 2010.
- All winners will receive a contract for publishing purposes.

I purchased a ticket for the conference in Cincinnati and have never recieved it. Has anyone else had this problem. I am not sure what the procedure is maybe we are just suppose to show up and our name is on a list?

You can call Fresh Start Bariatrics and ask if non patients can attend support groups (third Tuesday of every month), or become a patient for followup care.
Maybe I'll see you there this Tuesday. They also have a group that gets together for lunch once a month.
